Deluxe Quality Pet Caskets manufactures a top quality pet casket made of the finest hardwood with elegant appointments such as triple velvet linings, gold electroplated polycarbonate handles , beautiful dark walnut color and finished in a clear polyurethane coat. In addition, we also make a companion burial vault constructed from 3/4" PVC board that will protect your pet casket and its contents from moisture and insects for an infinite period of time. Both lines of caskets and vaults incorporates a rubber gasket system. When properly sealed, both the pet casket and vault are protected by a moisture proof seal. The combination of casket and vault equals a complete burial system unsurpassed in the industry. This type of system is now being required by most pet cemeteries. Every Pet Casket has a special place for a favorite photo, a poignant prayer, a short epitaph, or maybe a little poem.

SIZING YOUR PET FOR THE PROPER SIZE CASKET:
Deluxe Quality Pet Caskets are available in four basic sizes designed to accommodate the smallest cat to the largest dog. The pet caskets and vaults are sold as a complete burial system. Vaults
are not sold separately.
Matching your pet with the proper size
casket
is crucial. The pet should be placed on its side, front and hind
legs should be drawn up next to the body. Just to play it safe, add an extra 6” for insurance.
Make a cardboard mock-up the same size as the inside dimensions of the casket you have selected. Place your pet inside the mock-up to see if the pet will fit comfortably.

MARINE GRADE PVC BURIAL VAULTS:
Our burial vaults are made from PVC marine board. The same material that is used in the manufacture of such products as underground utility pipes, plumbing fixtures, chemical containers, etc. Anything that is exposed to extreme environmental and corrosive conditions. Marine grade PVC board is virtually indestructible. It is lighter than concrete, lasts longer and won't crack under the pressure of the ground. PVC board is naturally waterproof so there is no need to line the burial vault
with copper or similar materials. PVC board is more expensive but the advantages far outweigh the cost.
All burial vaults
are hermetically sealed by means of a chemical weld. All vaults incorporate our exclusive
gasket system that locks out moisture and literally renders the burial vault airtight, thus preventing any and all contaminants from getting in or out.
SHIPPING:
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours from receipt of your order. We ship UPS Ground at no cost to you. If you need it sooner you will need to email us at etwcaskets@bellsouth.net and we can quote you a price for faster delivery.
WARRANTY:
Deluxe Quality Pet Caskets stands behind its workmanship 100%. If you are not 100% satisfied with the workmanship in our product simply return it to us within 10 days. Return it in the original crate the same way it was shipped to you making sure you insure it for the full value. If we determine that the problem is in the workmanship we will either replace it at no cost to you or refund your purchase price in full within 30 days. If it is determined that it has been damaged in transit, you will need to contact us so we can notify UPS. All other damages will be determined on a case by case basis. If you change your mind after the casket has been shipped you can still return the casket. Return postage (insured) will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee and other charges may be deducted from your refund.
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Customer ordering the wrong size ( All dimensions are inside the box measurements). Delays in shipment once your order leaves our facility. Wrong address or customer not at location at time of delivery.
REVISIONS:
Deluxe Quality Pet Caskets reserves the right to make changes to the caskets that may not correspond with the photographs and/or descriptions displayed on the web site. We can not always control availability of materials such as hardware, fabrics, and finishes. We will only make changes that improve the appearance or functionality of the product. We do this solely to improve our product and meet our customers' needs.
